Feeling sassy and ready for spring, I ordered up a Cosmopolitan for 35 bucks and left feeling like a million dollars! My loose cosmopolitan curls had heads turning and prompted questions of "Who does your hair?" from all I came in contact with. On top of that - my hair continued to look great for the next few days.
